Well, today is my last day on earth with a (deformed from birth or any other kind of) gall bladder. Yay! I’m due at the hospital tomorrow at
I’ll be recuperating for a week or so and being looked after by the gf. I have a bell by my bed ;-) Ding Dong!!
I have a few little jobs to do today but I’m Christmas ready with all pressies bought and wrapped! The only hick up is that yesterday I received a completely different item to the gift I ordered for my gf from one of my favourite naughty shops. What to do?! She has several other pressies of course. But…I’ll have another coffee and cigarette and think about it…

It'll all be fine (for you anyway!) I've conducted an operation of my own...I've removed the clanger from the bell!!
